Old WestView Tavern
They are burning the" Roadside Tavern" down. You all remember the tavern here in Damascus called the West View Tavern. Well, The property has been purchased and the dump of the town is being cleaned up and they are going to burn the building down sometime in the next 2 weeks and build a new restaurant there and eventually put in a bar.The nasty people that lived there for years moved out and boy what a mess. The new owners have been there all week cleaning and getting it ready to burn. This place is next door to us so maybe it will improve our place!! Here is a few pictures and will post more after its demolished!

I do remember this place! I used to go to Donna Stong's a lot and she used to live just above there before moving to the trailer park. The resturant will be nice next to you but not sure about the tavern!! Love ya!
I remember every time we drove by there on the way to church Dad would always say "You want to stop at the West View??
